These terms govern the use of the CollectHQ AI platform by lender organisations ("Customers") and their authorised users. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.
Service description
CollectHQ AI is an enterprise SaaS collections operating system covering borrower engagement, promise-to-pay tracking, escalation workflows and recovery analytics. The service is delivered alongside, not as a replacement for, the Customer's existing core banking or loan management system.
Customer responsibilities
- Ensure data uploaded into the platform complies with applicable laws and lender licensing obligations.
- Manage user access, role assignments and credential security within their tenant.
- Communicate with their own borrowers in accordance with consumer-protection rules.
Pilot and demo workspaces
Pilot deployments and demo workspaces are provided on an evaluation basis. Demo workspaces contain synthetic data and are not a substitute for a production environment. Pricing, SLAs and integration commitments for production are agreed in a separate pilot or commercial agreement.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use the platform to send spam, harass borrowers, breach data-protection law, or attempt to interfere with other tenants. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is" during pilot use. Production liability and warranties are governed by the signed pilot or commercial agreement between CollectHQ AI and the Customer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
