CollectHQ AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted collections operating system to lenders. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights of borrowers and lender tenants whose information passes through the platform.
Data we process
On behalf of our lender customers we process loan, borrower contact, payment and communication data necessary to operate collections workflows, promise-to-pay tracking, escalations and recovery analytics. Lenders remain the data controllers; CollectHQ AI acts as their data processor.
Tenant isolation
Every tenant operates in a logically isolated workspace. Row-level security and per-tenant access controls prevent data from one lender being visible to another.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed, secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging on sensitive operations. We retain data only for as long as required by our customers and applicable Kenyan law.
Demo mode
Pilot and demo workspaces use synthetic or anonymised data. No real borrower personal data should be entered into a demo workspace.
Your rights
Borrowers whose data is processed by CollectHQ AI on behalf of a lender may exercise their data rights through that lender. We will support lender customers in responding to such requests.
